This membership group provides continues information & support on how to run and develop your speaking, author or coach business – but without business management and a clear strategy you will feel overwhelmed with the information i here and won’t be able to track what is & isn’t working in your business.
Every new member to Changemaker Central will receive a physical copy of the workbook & wall planner (when you have been a member for over a month & know that you want to stay part of our tribe). You can also download a digital copy from the expert asset section of the platform.
At the start of each quarter we will ask you to complete the ‘Review’ section and then join us live to complete the ‘Forecasting & Planning’ sections with us on the live Spotlight session. Here you will be able to ask questions & ensure your plan is robust.
The 30 & 90-day plan will then give you weekly outcomes to submit in the Facebook group as your accountability posts and also should be what you submit for your weekly Feedback Friday material!
Please use the Wall Planner and the enclosed stickers to track where you are spending your time & ensuring that you have an even split of activities.
Choose what your 5 key activities are that you want to consistently measure over the year – they could be speaking gigs, coaching days, product launches, product creation – and then colour code them with a coloured sticker & write the activity against the colour sticker in the code section. Then you can start forecasting when you plan to run retreats, launch a product so you ensure you are managing your marketing campaigns for them… and you can use it as a review tool to count how many speaking gigs / coaching days you’ve actually delivered.
