I am struggling with this I think because of the nature of what I do and having 3 layers – the organisation, their managers, the individual employees. Plus I’m getting mixed up with different ‘products’ so need to really separate this all out with your help.

I’m sure now that we have had our time together that you will find this easier to complete with your Corporate Communities framework 😉

Is there supposed to be a worksheet here?

The worksheet is above this comment Prash… it’s the 5 page document that you need to download and then fill in & save on your computer 😉

Hi Helena / Kelly – Ive started to think about my framework, but Im a little confused on the ‘who they become’ question, not sure how to define this… also could my framework be as simple as PREP, THEORY, CREATE, REFLECT, encased in ‘learn, have fun, be healthy’ (this is off the top of my head, but I’m just thinking about this for an online cooking course perspective… are there any ideas or thoughts around this, knowing what you know about my to-be business??

loving where you are going with this….

so in answer to who they become – have a think about what they’ll be feeling as a result of being able to / capable of making things of beauty, that also are healthy. They’ll feel accomplished, and healthy – so I suspect that they will be enjoying the idea of themselves as ‘chef like’ proud and providers too.

I think the framework will need a little more work – take it UP a level. so this is not just about cooking / making delicious things, this is about becoming more. I LIKE the learn, have fun, be healthy – I love this. I think this is also about you presenting the higher level of being healthy…. so get yourself thinking in that direction – think about your why and what journey you are taking them on. it’s NOT just about making nice food, it’s so much more.

This is a little confusing because all the other framework examples are quite ‘practical’ and non emotive… my why/vision: To create a healthier world and reduce lifestyle diseases caused by poor food choices. and brand purpose: We want to make yummy, nutritious plant-based foods accessible to everyone. so does this form part of the framework? Let me know your thoughts and I may just sketch something out and put it in the group for some thoughts.

yes it forms part of it, but what you outlined is more of a teaching methodology as it relates to the recipes and making , where the frame work is the overarching ethos – so the steps that might be needed to make this. prep theory create reflect helps them understand what to do as part of the courses and when making. but does not necessarily outline the wider ‘frame’ or context in which the recipes are just a vehicle to living a healthy life full of love. it’s one part of it. so I’m asking you to think about that. And with the framework, please be patient. This module introduces the concept, don’t think you’ll get it in one week, it’s a mull, play think about. Watch the Spotlight on Creating your Framework too. It’s intended to be practical, but it also encompasses the connection to the bigger picture.
