I help organisations behave more like communities where people matter by helping them create mentally healthy workplaces so people can thrive, perform and deliver to high standards. I offer a practical, no nonsense down to earth approach that any organisation can implement and create the conditions where people want to give their very best, and feel valued for it.
This is awesome Andrea! The only thing I would also think about including is the problem that you solve – what is the consequence of not creating a healthy community environment? What might they identify with at the moment as experiencing the highlights that they need to work with you?
I support social entrepreneur start-ups to have the tools to make impact and societal change. I support women to find their purpose harness their power and re-write their story to live a confident and fulfilling life.
I write winning bids for SE’s so they can have the opportunity to thrive and deliver their outcomes.
Hey Amanda, these are great, and used in the different settings are good one liners to get people interested. Are you sure you want to focus on the writing of winning bids as part of your introduction process, given the moves you are making with your product line? It might be appropriate in some settings, but maybe not something to lead with, unless you want to do more of that, in a well monetized way (paid up front, with a smaller percentage on ‘win’?)
I create career confidence for women who are holding themselves back, experiencing Imposter Syndrome. I was once where you are now, I will help you to be more confident and visible, fearlessly, to achieve your aspirations in alignment with who you are, and experience a sense of fulfilment. I see your worth when you can’t see it yourself. Together we will build your courage to be able to recognise and celebrate your abilities with ease, acknowledge your value and be seen.
This is great hun, I know you’ve refined these further, via the FB group, and everyone’s commentary there.
